1994 3.4L V6 F-Body Megasquirt EFI Installation Guide

 

  This page will cover the installation of a Megasquirt EFI Stand-Alone Engine Management System into a 3.4L V6 F-Body(Camaro/Firebird).  It will attempt to be as comprehensive as possible in an attempt to help others install a Megasquirt into their 3.4L F-Body in order to tune for specific modifications done to their cars.  It is the hope that this page will help spur other 3.4L F-Body owners into moving into the Megasquirt user community.

Configuration File and Tables using MSnS-Extra code version: 025n9 (use these files at your own risk as every setup is different and these may not work perfectly for everyone).

Setup being used for this tune: TO4E-60/T3 turbo, intercooler, 36#/hr injectors, stock ignition system, LT1 throttle body, stock short block/heads/lower intake.

Some particulars for this tune are that it is for a turbocharged engine and it is also tuned for lean cruise with a lean a/f ratio and increased ignition advance under low load cruise conditions resulting in 21-22 mpg daily mileage.  This is not the best thing for catalytic converters so beware.
